      it was a pretty location

      I was refused entrance to employee orientation because I had a sore knee and had to use crutches that day.

      Pros

      Nice facility (Waterman). Staff so far seems nice and helpful. Upsetting that the position I applied for stated "days" and come to find out it means "any days and times (even overnights) we want you to work" but we'll see how it works out

      Cons

      It's sad to know that just over half of my pay per month would have to go to health insurance for myself and my family. I've worked for other not for profit facilities and rates were much less than those this facility

      Waterman Hospital has great leadership that cares. They know your name and they have many events for the employees to help connect team members.

      Cons

      No cons. It is a bit of a drive for me.
