      Pros

      The pharmacist team are wonderful. Most of them are very supportive and help you get trained.

      Cons

      During the orientation process they make a point to tell us they want only happy people around, but the manager keeps and makes excuses for some pharmacists who are not happy to be there. Telepharmacists are stuck between manager who wants perfection, but onsite managers who tell there team to snitch on every single mistake made. Sometimes it feels like we are walking on egg shells and get called out for issues that are not big of a deal.
