Pros

I have worked here 5+ years in several different departments. -A lot of the people are good -Beautiful views of Napa Valley -Convenient location depending on where you live

Cons

-Low compensation in comparison to other healthcare systems in the area -Upper management couldn't care less about employees -Understaffed and overworked employees across all departments. -Favoritism and politics will get you farther than qualifications, skills, and hard work. -If you do your job well and act helpful, you will be given other people's jobs too- but without additional compensation. -Constant lack of communication and miscommunication to employees.

Pros

Nice work environment, nice location. Lots of dedicated people

Cons

In a constant mode of change lately with lots of changes to leadership. Some of the long term employees don't feel valued anymore.
