Pros

Co-workers are great and truly to care and take good care of patients.

Cons

Very understaffed. Adventist Health ended up contracting with Cerner which forced many employees to become employees of Cerner and lose benefits and PTO they had with AH, or they lost their jobs.

Pros

In the lab the department supervisors are wonderful. Hematology, chemistry, and blood bank. They are always willing to help or go above and beyond. They are the reason most of us stay

Cons

The management above the department supervisors are horrible. The main lab manager is not in touch with her staff. She also talks at you without wanting any feedback. They are the reason for high turn over
