      Pros

      The department managers are great. They are always willing to work with you so we aren’t short handed which is very frequent

      Cons

      Upper Laboratory management is horrible. They staff to bare minimum and it can wear you out. The people that work above the lab have no idea about what happens in the lab

      Nice coworkers (mostly) , great teamwork is involved in giving patients good care, overall a satisfying job

      Cons

      Mediocre management, understaffed most of the time, hospital is extremely outdated, pay isn't the best, benefits could be better too. Other hospitals in the area are more well known for a reason.

      Corporate restructuring (AKA Business Transformation) caused several people to lose their jobs as new people were hired at the Corporate office in CA. It feels as though corporate and executive leaders care less about the employees and their opinions
