Pros

Caring team members and management, great perks, good work life balance. People are kind. Big focus on becoming more progressive which means fun projects, very open to new ideas. Unlike other organizations people are authentic here and there aren’t political games.

Cons

They are catching up in technology but they know it and are working to get there. Culture is a little old fashioned but they are trying to change that as well.

Pros

Good coworkers, good wages and benefits package

Cons

Many changes and outsourcing going on as Adventist tries to stay financially stable in these challenging times. No union, workers are expendable.
