Pros

Solid, ethical company owned by another very large corporation. Access to medical insurance contracts that otherwise would be difficult to obtain. Been in the area for many years so a well known agency.

Cons

Because we are under the umbrella of a large corporation, we don't have a lot of autonomy when it comes to signing contracts with local insurance companies or making other necessary decisions for the agency. Unrealistic about the vast competition in this specific area compared to other parts of the country. Also, they are not associated with a hospital which makes it more difficult to be competitive. Not enough in field representation and very low marketing budget.

Pros

Department is organized, tries to accommodate everyone.

Cons

Pay was low, office was far, paid by visit, charting system not user friendly and after surveyor came we had to change/edit a lot of things in order to be passed by surveyor
