Pros

Cafeteria deals, benefits, caring people, pay if your an upper level administrator or physician. Thrift store. The mission makes every thing you do deeper and more value added, always about "healing the whole person", good equipment, free gym etc.

Cons

Lots of protocols, regular liability trainings/tests, low pay for everyone else, if you hit the low ceiling for your "pay grade" or title, you can not get any further raises even if you exceed your performance evals and deserve them, somewhat of an underlying christian (Adventist) white middle class system may impede (or help) your integration and advancement depending if you fit in, singular race/culture among the higher-ups.
