Pros

Lots of overtime, guaranteed work, hardly ever sent home due to lack of work. Lots of call if you like Call and working weekends

Cons

My first night of Call I had worked full shift. Came in for additional 7 hrs. The following Saturday again on Call. Called in for additional 12 hrs. Last minute add on exams were the norm at the end of my shift. Then talked to about doing exams faster to cut my overtime. Because it was hurting the budget!?

Pros

Good benefits if you're single. Large company People in the organization care Roseville corporate leadership understands the business side more than the regional leadership work life balance. Job was easy because there is no accountability Corporate office support was great (Roseville).

Cons

To many layers of management. Micro management from president of medical services network Lack of accountability No clear vision. Worked there 2 years and I had no idea what our strategic plan was. Mission not aligned with actions
