Not much of a training process in place for new hires, the company that they partner with for their software and managing the revenue cycle is horrible and the managers from that company are mostly horrible as well.

In my particular unit, many of the highly skilled and motivated RNs have left due to to our unit manager. She was unprofessional and unfair in several instances (for example talking about employees to other employees and dropping names). The patient load here is heavy and there is not nearly enough resources (i.e. CNA, resource nurse, etc).
