Pros

Coworkers are nice and helpful.

Cons

Lazy CNA's. RNs take their own vitals, do their own blood sugars. It is expected to miss lunch's and breaks while CNA's take every single break they are able to. Management comes and takes up 30 minutes of your shift telling you the importance of cleaning your rooms and how you'll be written up immediately if you don't and also you'll get no help doing so. Cerner EHR is awful. It takes forever to discharge and admit patients using this outdated thing.
