Good company to work for but not all on the same page

Pros

The benefits offered are comparable to other companies in the area.

Cons

Management needs to be on the same page. It feels that they do not follow the company mission. Also, they keep taking away the few special events that were offered to employees in the name of saving money. In the meantime, this demoralizes and disengage the work force.

Two stars because I'm generous

Pros

Great people to work with, beautiful facility, neighborhood with good restaurants and things to do

Cons

Unless you are management, no one cares about your opinions. Constant staff turnover. I don't think I worked with the same case manager for more than a few months. Understaffed and patient care suffers. Health plan is abysmal with not even basic coverage and many limitations.
