Pros

Team work, flexibility with schedule and work. Freedom to work unsupervised or as team as needed.

Cons

Pay could be higher. Benefits were better under Blue Shieldthan their own Hospital benefits, but still not bad coverage.

Pros

A noble mission but one that does not serve the staff. (non-SDA's)

Cons

The management here is not only inept but also distant and devoid of honesty and transparency. It cultivates a toxic and punitive culture that favors firing employees over fostering a fair and just environment. This results in high turnover rates, with staff living in constant fear of losing their jobs. Unfavored staff members are pushed out through unrealistic performance improvement plans or unjust terminations. Aloof Upper management is dominated by Church members or (SDAs), with no women in executive roles—only men who engage in leisure activities like golf. The most difficult aspect of the job is maintaining a facade of short-lived success just to feel a fleeting sense of security. The only rewarding part of the job is serving the patients, aligned with a noble mission that, unfortunately, lacks it own internal support within the organization. They pretend to have a just culture, but the culture is cult like and for their own (SDA's. Nepotism is big here. Survival is being a church member in "good standing"
