Pros

The position brings a lot of incentives from the providers and the director is very understanding.

Cons

Communication within the department is not the best, you could also see some favoritism taking place with the employees whom have been working there for longer. It is also a very stessful position with a lot of responsibilities.

Pros

Enjoy the employee culture here. Most staff are here to make a difference and understand the importance of working together to ensure success.

Cons

Sometimes projects can be under-resourced due to lack of planning. This can turn into unrealistic deadlines that should have been set far in advance of their due date.
