Pros

Care of patients by phenomenal staff is an asset to the community

Cons

Staff is unsupported by top-heavy mgmt who will resort to any means to protect their positions. Machiavellian style of ruling (think lying, ignoring regulations) is the norm. FRH employees are not unionized (...we receive our direction from GOD) and are defenseless against the tyranny of the employer. RUN!

wonderful spirit filled, not for profit, supportive environment, the most accepting place for patients of all walks of life., mission oriented, patient centered.

Cons

struggling a bit with changes, non union so policies can be a bit variable with how they respond to things , ie treatment not always equal.

Pros

Great people. They don't do layoffs, so your job security is pretty good, if you're a good employee.

Cons

Pays some of the lowest wages. Was around the middle, now is the bottom it feels like. Price of insurance skyrocketed as well. I pay about 75% less at my new job than I did there, with my wife and kid on my insurance. Not everything is about money, but when they ask you to work hard and you don't reward them, while other companies do, that's a problem. They lost a lot of good people because of this.
