Starting salary for techs has gone down over the last couple years here. Many good techs get their experience, then leave. It's understandable because the area is so expensive, and many other hospitals offer step increases and more incentives.

Human resources is an outsourced, overwhelmed, apathetic entity that does not care one Iota about the employees. And that goes for the in house facillity management from the administration on down. God help you if you become Ill or injured and have to take a leave of absence. The outsourced "Shared Services" and or "FMLA Soure" has no interest in you and will lie on you without batting an eye. They will leave you twisting in the wind rather than help you and in house management could not care less. There are better places to work in the Lake County area that actually DO care about the staff. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. For a "Christian" organization they certainly do not practice what they profess to be at least in the ranks of upper management.
