Pros

Good company to work for. They are updating the hospital and the surgical suites. Very exciting

Cons

Sometimes slow and lower pay. Still a beautiful company. Just wish they served real bacon in the cafeteria.

Pros

Great people. They don't do layoffs, so your job security is pretty good, if you're a good employee.

Cons

Pays some of the lowest wages. Was around the middle, now is the bottom it feels like. Price of insurance skyrocketed as well. I pay about 75% less at my new job than I did there, with my wife and kid on my insurance. Not everything is about money, but when they ask you to work hard and you don't reward them, while other companies do, that's a problem. They lost a lot of good people because of this.
