      Very Personable, Caring, Curate , energetic, Managed 3-5 MA's , worked side by side with several Doctors. Have knowledge of all aspects of a medical clinic with front office also, I also have my Limited X-RY Permit

      none that i am aware of, Maybe doing to much myself .

      Pros

      Faith based environment, many departments are flexible with schedule times, compete time pay, fun work events, Friday worship service, wonderful mission and Adventist Health leaders are great.

      Cons

      Not much of a training process in place for new hires, the company that they partner with for their software and managing the revenue cycle is horrible and the managers from that company are mostly horrible as well.
