      Mission oriented organization with a firm commitment to quality patient care and service to those in need.

      Cons

      Sometimes it feels as though the mission of the organization is achieved at the expense of the employees, especially managers and directors.

      most of the employees are friendly and focused on providing quality patient care.

      Cons

      Administration is not supportive of Nsg staff. Recent poor decisions by admin has caused a number of staff from various departments to leave this hospital.
