Pros

Enjoyable and supportive work environment. I like the claims system and caseloads are manageable. Management allows adjusters to make their own decisions and actions plans and don't micro-manage. They are open to suggestion and ideas to make processes better.

Cons

Upper management needs to think outside the box. There seems to be zero flexibility in rethinking job descriptions or salaries and there is no training up the employees to allow for more options and opportunities within the company.

Pros

Mission Centered, patients first, top quality, staff care deeply about the patients and always put them first. Leadership has the best intentions and are there for the right reasons. An exceptional place to work, employees cared for holistically as are the patients.

Cons

Salary compared to similar positions is low. Leadership salaries are much lower than competitor organizations. Workload is heavy with many leaders managing multiple departments with minimal support from secretaries or associates.
