Pros

Many coworkers are very kind, fun people to work with. The mission is great. It's a great haven for people who want to add spiritual emphasis to their workday.

Cons

These is a clear bias in favor of Adventist employees. There are not enough checks and balances in this organization that allow for fair treatment.

Pros

Best employees and hospitalist physicians of anywhere I have worked. You won't find more genuine people anywhere else. Lots of opportunity if you are Adventist.

Cons

Unless you are Adventist, you can only hold certain positions. Senior leadership is very out of touch with the employees. There is very little transparency between management and employees.
