      Nice coworkers on home unit Decent patient population (health issues) Adequate Parking Standard of nursing care is set high

      Frequent missed breaks 3N is a chronic unsafe environment for patient care Floating politics & assignments are rude in any unit you get floated to. No tracking of who floated last Not enough pay for the workload you get
