      Flexible schedule sometimes and coworkers were nice

      The pay is so low compared to other hospitals, management doesn’t care for your health or safety, and you’re overworked for the pay you get

      Wonderful Medical Director and group physicians. Great patient care.

      Cons

      Executive Management does not always make best decisions. Middle management can be vindictive and belittling to staff and this is allowed.

      Pros

      Has a beautiful corporate headquarters building that they no longer use. Surgery or hospital services are basically free at their sites. Most of their staff are wonderful people.

      Cons

      I.T. leadership is incompetent and deaf. Will burn you out if you let them. Great plan where if you do your work well, you'll get other people's work also. No merit raises.
