Growth opportunities if able/willing to move to new locations, large nonprofit system of resources and colleagues, faith-based

Cons

Poor leadership from top to bottom, low employee engagement, understaffed clinical and non-clinical departments, favortism, lots of "talk" without much "walk"

Probably the best place to start as a new nurse. Longer unit orientation and one year of residency.

Cons

Not many good restaurants nearby to eat.
