      Healthy dining and flights of stairs.

      Cons

      Nepotism, change management, too many people not willing to take risks and prefer to stay in their comfort zone. They buy software to figure things out rather than let their mind do the thinking

      Pros

      Doctors do the best to help each other out. Have a great mission statement. One of the administrators cares about the patients and employees.

      Cons

      Poor overall leadership and administration. Poor education of support staff who are not valued. Leadership does not live out their mission.....lip service only. Money making is a priority like every other hospital organization, but they are terrible at accounting and finance. Bottlenecks through out the operations of service lines. Benefits are getting worse. No growth opportunity unless you are a member of 7 the Day Adventist Church.
