      Like my unit hospital mgmt could be more supportive.

      Pros

      I really enjoy my unit and think that my managers have done their best to foster a good environment where we can provide the best care to our patients.

      Cons

      We seem to be a unit that really get the poo poo end of the deal as far as not having enough staff.

      Parking, staff, hiring process. Hiring process is quick. Parking is convenient. Staffing is friendly. Employee staff is friendly and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Management is unresponsive. Scheduling with managers is difficult to improvise. Vacation is difficult to arrange. Expectations are not clearly defined. Poor evaluations and assistance with achieving goals. Little emphasis on professional training and certification.
