Pros

Pay, only because I've been there so long, I hear they don't pay well anymore. For AHTV it's a small more intimate setting which is cool.

Cons

Poor management, local HR Rep is not to be trusted. Retaliation, hostile work environment. Favoritism. Male employees treated better than female. Management not professional, PIC makes up her own policies that don't exist in the company and expect you to follow, later when proven guilty (on multiple occasions) backtracks, but never admits fault. She's a liar, a control freak, and if she doesn't like you will do everything she can to make your life at work hard. I've seen her do it to multiple people. She doesn't want us to be happy there.
