Pros

Good place to gain experience

Cons

People hired with less experience than you will make more money than you. Management does not care about your well being. Hospital does not go on diversion. Very chaotic, unorganized and will frequently go out of ratio despite acuity of patients. Does not have any types of resources.

Pros

Management was nice, we received most all of our breaks, and it was fairly easy to get vacation days off.

Cons

Too many tasks which made it difficult to safely take care of patients. There are no nursing assistants the nurse must do everything on their own.
