Pros

My patients and families keep me there for now, but many clinicians are looking to leave.

Cons

Leadership at the (Home Health) office is constantly talking about coworkers behind their backs and almost all of it are untrue. Spreading false rumors seems to be the main thing all day. We had several new staff in the past year and each time, they managed to push them away. It is all wrapped in a thin blanket of pseudo-religious righteousness, but without sincerity. 99.9% of what comes to us from the clinical managers or supervisors is whining and complaining, the rest is apathy. I would not recommend the place as a good working environment.

Pros

Great people/co-workers, good pay and benefits, occasional events for employees

Cons

Leadership/administration is not forward thinking, resistant to change, no diversity, reactive instead of proactive. Employees understaffed & overworked. Leaders say they are open to feedback but when employees say we need to hire more help they tell you "no you don't". No explanation or solutions offered. Poor training & opportunity to grow.

Pros

Brand new corporate office in great location Opportunities to advance [with manager recommendation] Some remote work possible

Cons

Very strong push of religious beliefs [weekly "intersessions", prayer at meetings, corporate level push. VERY INFLEXIBLE FLEX DAYS- Flex time off before holidays at corporate level taken out of PTO...you actually have to request to not take the flex day and even then, it might not be approved. This forces you to take time off and impacts your PTO bank significantly. Strong vegan community...even their cafe at corporate is vegan. No out of state remote work considered unless you are on recruitment or Cerner teams.
