Pros
Staff can be very caring towards each others and patients. Managers say they care about you and try to make sure that standards of care are followed. Very religious administration that tries to walk the talk.
Cons
Pay and benefits are low for the area. Managers seem as if they care but actions don't always match up with words. This is a great place if you are part of the clique. Not all managers are qualified for their roles. Longivetiy and popularity wins over education. If you are a person of color, beware of glass ceiling no matter what is said.
