All About Protecting Themselves

They pretend to care about you, and do feed you periodically with fun activities.

Cons

All about making sure every detail and interaction is documented by management so they can protect themselves from being sued. Under-qualified upper management and HR team is a recipe for disaster.

Good work life benefits with accruing pto.

Cons

Pay is lower than other places Upper management refuses to listen to employees They implemented a phone system that has crippled the entire place but as long as the director of the call center likes it that's all that matters Branch side employees are treated awful; have to use PTO for everything but support doesn't Ever since Jeff took over the place isn't the same
