Thank you for taking the time to complete a review. We value feedback from our team and will utilize this feedback as we continue to add to our leadership development programs. This is not the experience we would want any Advian to have.

Pros

One of my favorite pro's of working for Advia is that they understand how important a work/life balance is. They will work with you if something is to arise or you need time off. They are great about supporting you if you want to make a move within the company. The pay is better then other financial institutions. Benefits if you are part time only include dental and vision which are good coverage. Full time you get the option of health.

Cons

Now I said they were great at supporting you for making a move within the company however it's not very easy to get a position. You have to continuously apply for positions if you want to move up or do something new. They bring in people who have no experience in the financial industry over interviewing someone within the company. They also pick and chose who they want to interview for a position, rather then look at someone's qualifications.
