      Culture is fantastic. Flexibility in maneuvering the schedule and having conversations with management to make things work. 3+3% 401k match PTO is ok Caring upper leadership team Smaller organisation-theyll know your name

      Cons

      Accrual of PTO versus pre loaded as with most banks. Have to use your own pto if you are quarantined or sick from covid Smaller company, less room to grow fast. Still room to grow !

      I've been with Advia for over 10 years. It has been and continues to be a great place for a career. The Credit Union's significant growth over the years has created numerous opportunities for advancement. This continues to be the case. This organization does not sit still. You will be able to challenge yourself, develop skills and grow personally and professionally. I highly recommend Advia.
