Pros

They love promoting within. If you have what it takes and can show it to your managers, you will go far in this company, and quickly. They are diverse and inclusive. The inclusion at this place is hands down the best I've experienced. They are intimate and down to earth. The CEO herself lives right here in the Kalamazoo area. I see executives all the time and they wave and chat with you, no matter your position. Your manager will always have your back and is only there to push you to be better and be support for you and your team. Yearly raises and opportunity for yearly bonuses. Based on your performance, every one in the company gets a pay raise and, depending on how well you really did, you can qualify for a bonus on top of your pay increase. PTO and vacation time. This company MAKES you take 5 consecutive days of PTO every year, and you accrue even more PTO to use throughout the rest of the year. In my opinion, you accrue a lot of PTO, and you accrue it quickly. Hybrid working. They do offer work from home options, not exceeding 40% at home. This means you could pretty much work 3 days at the office and 2 from home.

Cons

There really are no downsides to working here. I love it here.
