This company MAKES you take 5 consecutive days of PTO every year, and you accrue even more PTO to use throughout the rest of the year. In my opinion, you accrue a lot of PTO, and you accrue it quickly. Hybrid working. They do offer work from home options, not exceeding 40% at home. This means you could pretty much work 3 days at the office and 2 from home.
