Management doesn’t do a good job promoting within. Even as a quality employee, they have a tendency to move people laterally. Overall pay is below market.

they really promote time off with generous new parental time off, unlimited pto, adding more holidays, no strict work schedule. can work from home forever, any place. they offer permanent work from home / no need to return to office. the employees are friendly and i'm close with my team. patient and willing to train. good managers. good benefits mostly.

Cons

pay is around average from what i hear from others. small-ish company so not always a ton of promotion chances.

They've read books on selling. The difficulty of this sale, set me up to be successful after I went to a truly innovative company.

Cons

CEO has no idea what happening in her company (definitely don't put her in front of prospects) COO thinks he's Robert Downey Jr. But lacks any ability to make meaningful change CTO is a warm body CFO is the 3rd in 3 years Entire executive is praying for a sale. Good luck if you take this job
