Fast-paced, high growth, fun culture

Pros

Solid work/life balance with flexible scheduling, reward and recognition for strong performance, room for advancement, business casual dress code, growing company, dynamic team, fun company events (ie - summer volleyball outing, winter/holiday party, etc), free soda, I could go on for quite awhile...

Cons

Fast-paced/lots of changes (ie - not for people who want the exact same thing day in/day out), on multiple floors within the building so sometimes not as close contact to those you need to connect with (we also use IM system to help with quick internal communications)
