I learned that the position I was hired for did not exist when I came on board and I was unable to get a meeting with the Agency Director to discuss. Paraprofessional atmosphere. Unlicensed clinicians are commonplace

Pros

Depending on your position, pay is comparable based on experience and education- however you get treated like garbage and your ideas/work gets stolen from your superiors.

Cons

Upper Management is placing false "positive" reviews on this site and other employment search engines. BEWARE. There are a couple of Managers in particular who "Bully" their understaff and are actually having them place reviews also. Bullying in the workplace runs rampant here - HR has no clue.

Advocates treats the people they serve very well. If only they treated their staff half as well they'd have the key to success.

Cons

Low pay for long hours with a lot of games and favoritism.
