Flexibility in scheduling, clients are awesome, team members are supportive

Management is where the support ends. They don’t have well structured training and they leave room for favoritism, biases, and if there contract wasn’t at will, lawsuits

Excellent benefits, supportive management, flexible hours, great company philosophy. Many opportunities for advancement. Diversity is prioritized.

Cons

With any human service company there is always a need for higher livable wages. Many folks need to work more than 40 hours or have a second job to make ends meet. Advocates seems to do its best to increase salary whenever possible.
