Cons

Cons: -bias thinking from ICs and leadership -start up feel so some processes lacks structure -upper management does not understand day to day landscape and it reflects in their poor decision making

Pros

Adyen is the best company that I've ever had the opportunity to work for. Each employee is offered opportunities to lead projects, deliver positive change, and help build a better work environment. The Adyen team is fantastic, with colleagues always making themselves available to help on projects, answer questions, and to collaborate on initiatives. The company offers the opportunity for employees to work cross-functionality, across different teams, and across different global teams. The organization also rewards performance, and offers excellent benefits (100% paid health, dental, and vision).

Cons

It would be nice for the organization to offer more family oriented work events, and programs.

Pros

-international/collaborative -Adyen lets us use our own judgement vs micromanaging how we work -fantastic product (feels great to see the constant stream in of amazing merchants) -fast paced growth -freedom to work on impactful projects -in non-COVID times we get a ton of freedom to travel the world to our other offices

Cons

-not much process/few formal policies can make it hard to navigate for new hires -not a place for those that want to work from home forever, Adyen really wants a lively in person culture and wants to go back to that eventually. Day to day is flexible though. not a con for many but you should know what you're signing up for
