Pros

Recently introduced a new benefit that gives an additional $ amount every month regardless of performance and tenure.

Cons

Office first culture. Recently introduced guidance for minimum 3x a week with one of the days being monday or friday. Don't even try to hope that you may be able to work here and then become remote later after being a high performer and tenured. Exceptions are rarely given.

Pros

A simple rule - Either be boss's pet or the one who barks a lot without any deliverables. Both the characteristics will ensure your survival in the company and will be applauded too

Cons

Highly political with senior management have no prior people management experience Their platform is lacking way behind the competitors in terms of solutions and capabilities and yet they don't bother Lack of initiatives, energy and attitude to get things done Adyen formula is completely misinterpreted and is used to personal attacks which makes it highly unprofessional environments Average minds to work with and so is the mindset internally. It will make your learning curve staggering and boring too

Pros

Amazing benefits (catered lunch, comprehensive health care)

Cons

Horrible culture - This company very much acts like a start-up (heavy drinking culture, young gossipy environment) while the reality is that this is an established large scale global organization No Growth Opportunity - Related to the point above. They promise you that they are a growing company filled with opportunities but in reality they are already established and all higher up roles get hired externally. Internal mobility has become relatively impossible. Team Leads - Adyen has a huge middle management problem. Too many people were moved into management roles in the start up phase of the company when they clearly weren’t ready to lead a team. Now we have way more team leads than needed, with most of them being inexperienced, incompetent, and overbearing.
