Pros

-Benefit and pension plan are great. -DCPP Plan where they match up to 5% of your salary. -There are a lot of great and knowledgeable people to learn from. -Field level personnel and middle management are great, they communicate and work together.

Cons

-Extremely long hours with relative low pay when compared against competitors. -No one knows what is going on, and there is extremely poor communication between higher management and middle/field level personnel. -A lot of people who work here are someone's relative, and most of the time they are not as good as people who have been working there for a long time, that hurts productivity and in the end makes you want to leave. -"Old boys club"

Pros

They treat their employees very well and and all the people including managers are generally great to work with. Very knowledgeable people around the company with a world of experience because most managers come with years of experience from companies we have as clients. Great leadership and perks.

Cons

Work life balance is not good, this is the case with a lot of contractors because you're expected to bend over backwards for the client. Most people recognize this and accept it as part of the territory of working for a contractor. As much as they encourage you to move around the company because there is so much "opportunity" to learn, this does not happen at all and it is very difficult to learn and experience different things. There are no positions between technical roles and management so it is almost impossible to gain those required management skills you're asked to develop while you are in the field - so how do you move up? People are hired here with no experience of the industry because they know someone and are given the same title as someone who's been there for 5-10 years, this sets a very bad example and decreases morale.
