      Pros

      As a company they look after you and provide you opportunities. It is up to the employee to look for them and take them as they come along, and the opportunities are there. The company has a learning culture which is great and always looks for improvements and asks for feedback. Great benefits are offered here. Safety is number 1 here and they remind us of it.

      Cons

      Aecon's downside is very limited. Like in any company, you have to put your time for growing in the company.
