Better than I would have ever expected from a multimillion dollar company

They look after any need I have plus some and are always willing to mentor and answer any questions. I would feel comfortable enough to walk up to the President of my division and ask him almost anything.

Cons

The only con that I've really noticed was based on timing. Construction is more of a summer thing and "shuts down" so to speak in the winter. When you graduate university in the spring and they take you and put you nearly in charge (to a degree) of million dollar projects with minimal training, it's intimidating. Thankfully, past Coordinators have assembled the "Coordinator Bible" to help you through. Once the winter came, I was trained in a lot of things which helped substantially.
