great company, great culture, and lots of supportive team spirit and management. This is an ideal company if you appreciate being part of a family and working with a team of people who are committed to doing a great job

the company is still run like a mid-to low size construction company interms of corporate structure, reporting and program management. It is more organic and evolving. So you will still see signs of growing pains. The resourcing and reporting structures, plus compensation packages are still lagging other players
