Pros
Very diverse community of coworkers. Work feels like my second family. Building close relationships with residents and families. Beautiful, well-maintained building. Directors and GM's in our building have been friendly and supportive 90% of the time over the years I've worked here.
Cons
Pay can be better. High turnover, but not any worse than the rest of the industry.
