Aegis makes it very easy to come to work every day. I feel so blessed to work with everyone. The company culture and vibe is the reason I come to work every single day with a smile on my face. Uppermanagement proves time and time again that they care about their employees and they strive to maintain our culture day in and day out. I encouter happy and postive people every day. I could not imagine working any where else.

That I did not find Aegis Living sooner.

Pros

Comfortable professional environment, coworkers who care and "get it", management flexibility in balancing work and personal life. The company tries to create a positive and fun work experience - they even have a "Fun" committee - a group of employees that plan and conduct interesting events for everyone to participate in and enjoy. So far the best company I worked for.

Cons

One area of improvement I can think about is more solid and comprehensive plan and design of training.
