Pros

Clinical Specialists Continuing Ed up to $400 Pay for fees to AOTA Good clinical programs GEM support

Cons

- You have to do all the work yourself to find out about reimbursement and perks to job - Had to have surgery, manager did not provide any guidance on documentation required before coming back to work. Went back to work & then got into trouble for not having documents needed. - HR does not call back in timely manner. I have called leaving a message and never received a call back. I have received calls up to 1 week after I called but when they need something they want it immediately.

Pros

In all seriousness, there are no pros to working for this company.

Cons

Where to begin? Unethical, not supportive, rude, poor treatment of employees, will change dates of signed documents, poor documentation system and technology, do not care about patients, upper level management is heavy and think a lot of themselves, expect you to be doing laundry/patient care/documentation/cleaning/scheduling/and taking phone messages all during patient care time, etc. It is only a matter of time until someone reports this company to Medicare for fraud.
