      Some departments provide thorough training for the processing required to perform their specific job. Cross training and learning new functions is encouraged.

      Cons

      I've been employed here for 8 years and for 6.5 years I've been working mandatory overtime. I have learned how to process many other functions but have not been compensated accordingly.
