Pros

Aegon has great benefits in terms of time off and medical insurance. They rival most of the other companies in Cedar Rapids on this feature.

Cons

Aegon is not the place to work if you want to receive fair compensation or if you prefer to be treated as an adult. They also have terrible measurements and standards in place for determining an employee's value and worth.

Great benefits, good pay, a lot of opportunities to move in your career.

Cons

The company got too big, and very political. Management became all 'yes men' and the more ethical people that did what was good for the company were phased out. With downsizing year after year, management bagan playing the game to keep their jobs.
