Good people, but company is losing its way

Great people. Strong technical skills. Good teamwork. Strong senior management team (up to recently anyway). Invested in training staff

Cons

Market strategy has become very unclear. Lost good senior managers recently, following structure change of bringing company back into aegon in the UK. Managers now a lot more political. seems to be about surviving, not growing.

Inclusive working environment; your ideas are vauable; talent is recognised; team work is encouraged; management make a really good attempt to communicate with employees.

Cons

Should provide better visibility on career progression and also should provide more international mobility opportunities - for such a large, global organisation; there appears to be little or no opportunities for employees to work in other Aegon companies around the world.
